Novalis Vinyl Plank Flooring and Trafficmaster Allure Update
April 2nd, 2008 by Connie | 2 Comments | Filed in Building Materials & Products, RehabRooting around online, I found more pictures of Novalis Vinyl Plank Flooring:

Novalis Vinyl Plank Flooring in Golden Oak.

A different installation, Novalis peel-n-stick vinyl plank flooring, also in Golden Oak.
Both of these were posted recently on the GardenWeb Flooring Forum which is a terrific place to research consumer experiences with all types of flooring and building products. The ease of installation combined with $1/sq ft price point makes this a front runner for rent houses and rehabs.
And here’s a photo of Trafficmaster Allure, also from the GardenWeb Flooring Forum:

Random reports of scratching and peeling edges for Trafficmaster Allure keep cropping up online, but the floating floor/edge-to-edge technology has promise, particularly for problem subfloors. Hopefully, Trafficmaster will get the kinks worked out sooner rather than later.
We’ll keep watching
