One the surface it seems like a good purchase. One dollar for the most sought after tome in the Real Estate Investing world.
But wait! Upon closer examine of the photo, I notice that the title of the book is actually “How I Turned $1,000 into $1,000,000 in Real Estate - in My Spare Tire.” Yes, “Tire”! An obvious forgery. The similarities to the “real” book are eerie.
However, all is not lost. Being the generous soul that I am, I will put everything right and take that unfortunate purchase off your hands for the tidy sum of $8.00. Yes, double what Another Investor insightfully valued it at!!
Don’t thank me. The knowledge that I have struck a blow for journalistic integrity is all the thanks I need.

I have never heard of this book. Is it a good read? I’ll have to check it out.
