When the mister and I started in real estate investment and landlording, we were blessed to find all sorts of free resources available on the internet and a great community of investors willing to share their collective wisdom. Hours were spent hanging out on REI forums asking some of the dumbest questions ever and folks with screennames like Rusty and Spidey generously extended grace without a hint of irritation. Much of what I write for this and other blogs is a compilation of the information gleaned through hours of reading and searching, percolated through our own filter of experiences.
The article posted over on Biggerpockets this week titled, “Managing Tenants Part 3: Written Criteria for Tenant Selection” could only be shared because a group of kind-hearted, anonymous individuals were willing to freely give to strangers– and is freely given back with the hope it will help others on their road to financial freedom.
I wish I could thank you all by name… please know you’re warmly remembered for your generosity and kindness~

Thanks Eric~
Much appreciated
I am excited to find this. You are marvelous! Simply marvelous!!
We start meeting with tenants for the abandoned apartment this week. I have a pilot coming in from Orlando, a lady who works for the census department, a single guy. I have had a few other calls from other folks and another single guy with a girlfriend who is expecting a baby. This should be an interesting week!
