BiggerPockets Article Up: Managing Tenants Part 2
February 2nd, 2008 by Connie | Filed under Landlord/tenant stuff. In the beginning, The Fair Housing Act was intended to end discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, age, or national origin by landlords, mortgage companies, and others involved in the housing industry. Unfortunately, no law is perfect nor perfectly executed and in the past, activists have turned this law into one big “Gotcha!” aimed squarely at mean ol’ landlords.

This week’s article for BiggerPockets is titled, “Managing Tenants, Part Two: Steering Clear of the Fair Housing Act.”
For clarification, I’m totally opposed to bigotry and narrow minded idiocy. ‘Steering Clear’ does not equal ’Getting Around.’

Based on the expression on JoJo’s face, it appears that she may not be receiving fair treatment — not enough people want to play tug-og-war.
Ha!
JoJo uses that thing like nunchucks– jumps up high, twists like a salmon and smacks you broadside… that’s his Look of Doom
BTW, thanks for commenting over at BP– this was a tough article to write and I really appreciate the support.
