10K Trailer/Lot Update

Interesting thing about maps–apparently, they help you find stuff.

Certain people sometimes get the big-head and think they know the territory so well that maps are unneccessary. They justify this by claiming they are saving ink (but really they are just cheap.) These same people then get hopelessly lost looking for 10K trailer/lots and waste many gallons of gas driving through very scary neighborhoods until the mister finally calls on the cell and tells them to get out of there right this minute before the sun goes down… and next time, print the map.

About this time, both parties simultaneously realize that no matter how good the deal, they cannot purchase in a location where the mrs. can’t drive after dark.

Someone will make money on this deal, but it will not be us.

On the bright side, drive-by maneuvers produced a couple of very interesting prospects.

And, I was attacked by dogs… well, okay– dog. But it barked alot so it counts.
